Sara's Journey: here are some words about her own recovery and healing.

'Years ago I experienced being disabled with M.E, chronic relentless pain through out my body, fibro-myalgia, insomnia... anxiety and panic attacks... being lost and displaced... now I am living my dream, I am well, back dancing and feeling great in my body. Confident and hugely resourced, embodying my own inner authority, deep intuitive knowing, deeply connected and living a quality of life. My journey was a inner quest... engaging in somatic movement and embodiment practices, energy medicine, eco-somatic and earth based spirituality, I was able to heal but most importantly I learned how to turn within for insight, for answers and for well-ness. I learned that I have all the answers and resources within me when I know how to listen and receive information. You see, we are always in communication, our amazing miraculous body is an information receiver, a portal and communication channel, an immensely wise intelligent being. We simply need to learn how the body, psyche and unconscious communicates, as well as how the rest of life communicates to and through us. This is my work, my offering, as a guide. I guide others to receive insight, to arrive at and discover their unfolding inner truth, to live authentically and with clarity. This inner quest is a homecoming back into sacred connection with your own being and with all of life.
