How does Reiki work? Reiki works by clearing out and releasing things that no longer serve the person of which are causing tension and blockages resulting in dis- ease, illness and a lack of joy. Thoughts, feelings and memories get stored in the body and can have a debilitating effect. Some examples of these things can be a limiting belief or and old out dated story that we keep telling ourselves about our life, relationships or who we are. It could also be an emotion or feeling such as sadness, anger or resentment that needs attention as it is communicating to us and needs to be expressed. All these things may be conscious (known) or unconscious (unknown) which are holding us back from being our full potential. Reiki has the power to bring things into our awareness to be worked with for the best possible outcome and to enhance our lives. Reiki also works by empowering people and creating the conditions necessary for manifesting what is wanted, needed or desired. The effects of a treatment: Reiki treatment targets and heals Ki, Chi, Prana, deficiencies, blockages and disruptions that decrease the life energy causing disease. Reiki supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. Distant Healing Reiki You do not have to be physically present to receive Reiki- you can book for a treatment and receive it from anywhere in the world. This will involve communication before and after the treatment. Treatment costs:- Sliding scale, income dependant 1 hr : £55 - £65 1.5 hr : £65- £75 2 hr : £75- £85 Sara has used Reiki for over 18 years to help people recover from trauma, PTSD, ME, anxiety, mental heal issues, chronic fatigue and pain, domestic violence, rape and sexual abuse.
