I was born with a love and passion for dance, it is where I feel I am in my elements, my joy, an intimacy and care for life. Dance has always been a necessity not a choice. I was living the dream until I found I could no longer move, let alone dance. Here started my long journey of healing and recovery from multiple rapes, abuse and life threatening violence. I learned that it was not safe to be alive. My confidence smashed to pieces. ME and PTSD my closest companion for many years. But I never gave up on reclaiming my life back, on living my dream. With the support of somatic movement practice and energy medicine I delved into the journey of healing trauma, recovering a sense of being embodied and knowing deep love. Here I am today, dancing my way through life, celebrating who I am, the deep connections and love I experience, and sharing my work, my journey, in the hope to inspire others who are called to do the same.
