Women's Nurture Space
Thursday's 11:30-13:30 pm @ Calderdale Yoga centre Hebden Bridge

A safe space for women to recover and restore to share from the heart, to put down any mask's, to be held energetically and physically. May involve short guided meditation, gentle dance/movement- listening to and honouring our body's needs, allowing expression for your wild, untamed, unapologetic nature! Song, massage and bodywork and anything else needed or requested if possible. A space for acquiring tools and resources for self- care, transformation, empowerment and  healing.

Physically and psychologically I have benefited greatly from Sara's wonderful truly nurturing women's circles. Sara provides a safe and supportive environment to share and be together through talking, movement and safe touch. Due to my childhood trauma there are parts of me that find it very difficult to trust and attending the circle has helped me gently take those parts to the circle and have deep needs to being seen, heard and met. We also have fun as well as a safe place to share my wounded parts. Thank you Sara.
